PULSE consortium met in Barcelona on the 16-17 November 2017 to discuss the advances of the project implementation. On cornerstone of the meeting was to agree on the approach of the  tests beds, setting objectives and debate on how to integrate the models, which were the interventions for citizens, definition of the validation protocol, etc.
